The BAMS2 Workspace interface as it appears to a registered user. Note that the “actions” column contains the functionality necessary to view, create, edit, and delete experiments (cases). If a group contains at least two experiments, then a new link becomes accessible: “subset matrix”. This functionality allows group members to view and process only those experiments of interest (see Text for details). The “case” column allows direct access to those experiments associated with a group. The “strengths” column allows editing the associated color codes of connectional strengths. Those groups constructed on customized nomenclatures (from file) have an additional feature that allows the user to download the nomenclature file in Excel format, which can be further edited by their leaders.
