Endogenous yellow fluorescent protein-positive (YFP+) populations in spleens and bone marrow before and after immunization. Splenocytes and bone marrow cells were harvested 9 days after prime and boost immunization. The cells were stained with surface marker antibodies and analysed by flow cytometry.
