^*A linear regression model was developed predicting each spirometry measure at the time of the best FEV₁ %pred at age 6–<8 years with wheezing phenotype as a fixed effect and the following covariates: sex, genotype, history of sinusitis, history of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, weight-for-age percentile, height-for-age percentile, cough, sputum production, clubbing, crackles, number of encounters, number of respiratory tract cultures, culture positive for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, culture positive for Staphylococcus aureus, and pancreatic enzymes use.
