Bird Z179/08 was euthanized due to PDD, Bird Z1/09 died from ulcerative enteritis. Samples of Z178/08 were analysed in parallel with primer/probe sets CT 1367 and CT 1034/1322, samples of Z1/09 with primer/probe set CT1034/1322 (Honkavuori et al., 2008). C_t >36 scored as negative.
