BCAR3 and p130Cas are coexpressed and in complex in multiple breast cancer cell lines. Fifty micrograms of total cell lysate (A) or p130Cas immune complexes isolated from 500 μg cell extract (B) were separated by 8% SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with antibodies recognizing p130Cas (top) or BCAR3 (bottom).
