Exponetially growing FLC-resistant C. albicans 103 were treated with or without Gla (8, 16 µg/ml) for 12 h in YPD. Then they were diluted to 1×10⁷ CFU/ml and 3 µl from 1∶5 serial dilutions were spotted onto YPD agar plates containing 15 µg/ml CFW or 100 µg/ml congored.
