Table 1.

IgVH-containing scaffolds in L. chalumnae. The two predominant scaffolds that were analyzed contained the IgW loci (IgW1, IgW2). Other scaffolds contained many VH elements, but their relationship to these other two loci are unclear. Some of the VH elements in these other scaffolds also contained downstream DH elements.
