Proteasomal activity in MEFs from mouse models of Lafora disease. Soluble extracts from MEFs of WT, Epm2a^−/− (LKO), Epm2b^−/− (MKO), and double Epm2a^−/− Epm2b^−/− (DKO) mice were analyzed.
