Consensus ITS2 secondary structure of endophytes genera observed in this study. Colletotrichum/Glomerella and Emericella shared the four helix loop regions, as helices II and III are recognizable. Alternaria, Cladosporium, Diaporthe/ Phomopsis and Cochilobolus possessed three helixes and third helix is the longest in all genuses.
