Myopathy General term referring to any disease of muscles
Myalgia Muscle ache or weakness without CK elevation
Myositis Muscle symptoms with CK elevation
Rhabdomyolysisa Muscle symptoms with significant CK elevation (typically >10 times ULN), and creatinine elevation (usually with brown urine and urinary myoglobin)
