The polymorphic sites are represented by blue letters and marked with dots. Red letters marked with red asterisks represent polymorphic sites, which are shared by the synthetic hybrid of R. cassubicifolius and R. notabilis, their putative natural hybrid R. variabilis and any of the parental species. Double black dots mark polymorphisms which occur exclusively in single clones exhibiting non-compensatory base changes in the ITS1 or ITS2 secondary structures.
