(A) In interphase cells, singly transfected JADE1 and HBO1 localize to the cytoplasm and the nucleus, respectively. 293T/17 cells were transfected with FLAG-JADE1S, FLAG-JADE1L, or HA-HBO1 cDNA plasmids, 48 h post-transfection cells were processed for IF with indicated antibodies. (B) Co-expression with HBO1 results in nuclear localization of JADE1 proteins in interphase cells. Cells (293T/17) were co-transfected with FLAG-JADE1 and HA-HBO1 cDNA plasmids.
