Haplotypes were compared between the 3 categories of vivax malaria infections (uninfected, asymptomatic, mild malaria). (B) CRP levels in participants with GGC haplotype compared to individuals with other haplotypes. (C) CXCL10 plasma concentration in participants with GCC haplotype compared to individuals with other haplotypes. (D) TNF levels in participants with different haplotypes.
