The first map is an interactive map of the 18 counties that make up the Mississippi Delta (Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, DeSoto, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Panola, Quitman, Sharkey, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tunica, Tate, Warren, Washington, Yazoo). The map shows locations of existing partner barbershop cities (n = 10) in 10 counties: Batesville, Clarksdale, Cleveland, Greenville, Greenwood, Indianola, Itta Bena, Leland, Shelby, Webb. Counties fall into 6 categories to indicate their heart disease death rates: 236.4 to 298.5 (DeSoto, Holmes, Tallahatchie, Washington); 298.6 to 328.2 (Bolivar, Sharkey, Yazoo); 328.3 to 397.6 (Coahoma, Tate, Warren); 397.7 to 447.5 (Leflore, Panola, Sunflower); 447.6–574.8 (Humphreys, Quitman, Tunica); and fewer than 20 events (Carroll, Issaquena).

The second map is an interactive map of the 18 Mississippi Delta counties with locations of partner barbershops (n = 14) and potential partner barbershops (n = 8) in 9 counties (Bolivar, Coahoma, Leflore, Humphreys, Panola, Quitman, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Washington). Counties fall into 5 categories that indicate the 2010 population of black men aged 18 years or older by concentrations at census block group level: 0 to 90 (DeSoto, Yazoo); 91 to 149 (Carroll, Quitman, Washington, Sharkey); 150 to 223 (Humphreys, Tate, Tallahatchie, Warren); 224 to 306 (Bolivar, Coahoma, Leflore, Panola); and 307 to 2,860 (Issaquena, Holmes, Sunflower, Tunica). The figure includes a scale of miles with 1 inch equivalent to 10 miles.
