The comparison of elastin density

(A) Pathological findings of the area on which Matriderm was applied and the split-thickness skin graft was performed concurrently. In addition, the elastin dyed in pink has high density and the new dermis is thick (Verhoeff van Gieson stain, ×200). (B) Pathological findings of the area that had only the split-thickness skin graft. Here, the elastin dyed in pink has low density, and the new dermis is thinner (Verhoeff van Gieson stain, ×200).
