In vivo administration of ascophyllan induces spleen conventional DC (cDC) activation. C57BL/6 mice were injected intravenously (i.v.) with 50 mg/kg ascophyllan or 50 mg/kg fucoidan for 24 h. (A) Percentage of lineage−CD11c+ cDCs was analyzed by flow cytometry (left panels).
