In brackets the number of probes in the regions of interest. The number of probes indicating the presence of the imbalance of interest was significantly higher in G0/G1- compared to S-phase cells (Mann Whitney p = 0.029). (B) Total number of miss-calls per cell cycle phase. The accurate imbalance detection rate is significantly higher in G0/G1- compared to S-phase cells (Chi-square test p = 0.001).
