0 = Normal
1 = Focal asymmetry (slowing or loss of normal background activity)
2 = Sporadic, unilateral sharp waves (often occipital)
3 = Frequent, at times semirhythmic, unilateral runs of spikes (often occipital).
Occasionally with secondary generalization.
