Inclusion criteria	Exclusion criteria
Male	Age below 30 years or over 55 years
Caucasian	BMI lower than 18.5 kg/m2 or higher than 31 kg/m2
Age between 30–55	Psychiatric morbidity (eating disorder, depression, alcoholism)
	Co-morbidity (cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, obesity)
	Previous history of cancer
	Use of regular anti-inflammatory medication
	Consumption of diets or supplements high in phytoestrogens
	Smoking
