In the generalized epidemic settings (South Africa, Zambia), ‘expanded access’ refers to expanded access for the general population. In concentrated epidemic settings (India, Vietnam), ‘expanded access’ refers to expanded access for all high-risk groups (FSW, MSM, PWID; see Table 1).
