(A, B) C57BL/6J wild-type mice were allowed free access to ethanol-containing diets with ethanol- (11% of kcal) or pair-fed controls. (A) Animals were injected with PMD 1 h before euthanasia. Paraffin-embedded liver sections were deparaffinized and stained for PMD-adducts. Images were acquired using 10× objective.
