In the lower half, these sites are further split into shared and single PTM sites and compared. P-values were derived from one-tailed Fisher's exact tests on 2 × 2 contingency tables of site counts. P-values marked in bold indicate that they are significant after correcting for multiple testing (Benjamini–Hochberg, α = 0.01).
