The values were obtained from the experiments depicted in Fig. 6. koff of thioglucose on AA-PEG5000 at 37 °C compared with koff of thioglucose on AA-PEG5000 at 10 °C and 25 °C and koff of aminophlorizin on mal-PEG1300 at 37 °C when compared with koff of aminophlorizin on mal-PEG1300 at 10 °C and 25 °C were significantly different. xß of thioglucose on AA-PEG5000 at 37 °C when compared with xß of the other ligands was significantly different.
