Stippled enhancement. Stippled enhancement during the arterial phase, with a diameter less than 5 mm. It can be identified as oval-shaped, with smooth margin and rim internal enhancement. Intramammary lymph nodes. Under high-resolution MRI, enhancements (even though it is less than 5 mm in diameter) with identifiable shape, margin, and internal enhancement should be managed as masses.
