H9c2 cells were treated with ginsenoside Rb3 at different concentration (5 µM or 2 µM) followed by OGD-Rep. (A) The nuclear proteins were extracted and subjected to EMSA to analyze the NF-κB DNA binding activity. A competitor probe was used as a negative control. The cells treated with ginsenoside Rb3 showed a lower NF-κB DNA binding activity. (B) The graph represented the quantitative measurement of the NF-κB DNA binding intensity.
