PS-HH2 complex adjuvant promotes the antigen uptake and cross -presentation and maturation of DCs. A, DC were incubated with NHS-conjugated native NY-ESO-1 or protein adjuvant complex for 3 h, fixed, stained with DAPI and analyzed via confocal laser microscopy.
