• The person has experienced both of the following:
    ○ Recurrent unexpected panic attacks
    ○ ≥1 of the attacks followed by ≥1 month of 1 or both of the following:
        • Persistent concern or worry about additional panic attacks or their consequences
        • Significant maladaptive change in behavior related to the attacks
