Flow cytometry analysis of interactions between CXCR4 and engineered antibodies. The engineered antibodies (A) bind to CXCR4 positive Jurkat cells, (B) do not bind to CXCR4 negative CHO cells, (C) but bind to CXCR4 transfected CHO cells. In all cases, the control antibody showed no peak shift by flow cytometry analysis. The shaded peaks are cells without antibody treatment.
