(A) 300 nM of bAb-AC4 efficiently blocks SDF-1-induced CXCR4 activation measured by intracellular calcium flux. (B) The antibodies bAb-AC1 and bAb-AC4 potently inhibit SDF-1-induced migration of Ramos cells in a dose-dependent manner with EC50 values of 8.6 and 3.1 nM, respectively. At saturating concentration, they are able to completely inhibit SDF-1-induced chemotaxis.
