A) Total 170 genes were significantly upregulated and B) 74 genes were significantly downregulated with at least a two-fold change in maturation ameloblasts (MAB) as compared to secretory ameloblasts (SAB) (n = 3) as analyzed by Significance Analysis of Microarrays (SAM). C) K Means clustering analysis was used to identify genes in the same cluster as Mmp20 gene. Genes that clustered with Mmp20 appeared less downregulated from secretory to maturation in fluoride treated as compared to control incisors, though these differences were not statistically significant.
