No difference was observed in weight loss and clinical score in acute dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced colitis between Il-6r^fl/fl and Il-6r⁻^/⁻ mice. (A) Schematic overview of our experimental procedure of acute DSS-induced colitis. On day 5, DSS-containing water was removed and replaced by autoclaved tap water for another 5 days.
