ATR Inhibition in G2/M Does Not Cause Accumulation of γ-H2AX, Related to Figure 6

R3306 Cdk1 inhibitor (10 μM, 16 hr.) was used to arrest HeLa cells in G2, followed by incubation with DMSO or ATR inhibitor (3 μM, 1hr). The cells were then released into mitosis (for 60 min) ± ATRi. Cells were stained with anti-TPR (green), γ-H2AX (red) to visualize DNA damage, and DAPI (blue). Quantification of γ-H2AX is shown.
