MCAO-vehicle-treated mice (n = 17) show significantly increased right forelimb use compared to sham-vehicle-treated mice (n = 10) at all time points, while MCAO-RTL-treated mice (n = 16) show no significant difference from the sham-RTL-treated mice (n = 10).
