Biomarker groups are presented on the x-axis and annual change in the left inferior lateral ventricle is presented on the y-axis. Boxplots are grouped by rs7849530. G is the minor allele. The amyloid × rs7849530 interaction was statistically significant in both datasets (p < 0.01), and in both cases amyloid positive carriers of the G allele showed a greater rate of ventricular dilation than amyloid positive homozygous carriers of the A allele (p < 0.01).
