The contrast MA > HC indicates that MP induced greater decreases in BP_ND in midbrain in marijuana abusers (red circles), and color bars indicate t scores. There were no regions where MP decreased BP_ND more in controls than marijuana abusers. (B) SPM results for the voxel-wise correlation between MP-induced decreases in BP_ND (ΔBP_ND) and scores in negative emotionality (NEM). (C) Regression slopes for the correlation between MP-induced changes in BP_ND (ΔBP_ND) in the ventral striatum and NEM in healthy controls (blue) and in marijuana abusers (red).
