(A) Western blot analysis of DT09/06 tumor xenografts injected with LIVP 6.1.1 or GLV-5b451 virus (n = 3). The presence of GLAF-2 proteins was performed as described before. Each sample represents an equivalent of 2 mg tumor mass. (B) Levels of functional VEGF in tumor lysates determined by ELISA. The graph was plotted using the mean values of each group of three independent measurements. The data are presented as mean values +/− SD.
