Antinociceptive activity of Lac-FR related to chemical neurogenic pain stimulus. First phase (0–5 min) for reactivity time to the intraplantar application of formalin (formaldehyde 1.2% in PBS) in the hind paw of mice previously treated i.p. (30 min) with control vehicle (10 ml/kg i.p.) morphine (10 mg/kg i.p.) indomethacin (10 mg/kg i.p.) or fraction (30, 100, and 300 mg/kg i.p.).
