PICK1 is present in mouse chromaffin cells and partly colocalizes with syntaxin-6. A, Western blot analysis of whole adrenal glands verified expression of PICK1 in the WT and its elimination in the KO mice. Actin was used as a loading control. PICK1 localized to a perinuclear region, reminiscent of the TGN, but was absent from CgA-positive secretory granules.
