Subcellular fractionation does not reveal a robust mitophagic response to CCCP in primary cultured murine astrocytes. (a) WT mouse astrocytes isolated from P1–P4 mice were treated with either DMSO or 20 μM CCCP for 6 or 24 h and lysates from cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions were probed for parkin and apoptotic markers, and mitochondrial protein levels.
