Human myometrial cells hTERT(Mock), hTERT(AR), hTERT(shCTRL) or hTERT(shAR) cells were cultured in DMEM plus 5% charcoal-stripped serum. Cells were treated with 0, 200 or 500 ng/ml anti-Fas antibody for 24 h (a and b) or with 300 ng/ml of anti-Fas antibody for 0, 24 or 48 h (c and d). Representative western blot and densitometry analysis on data from triplicate experiments on c-CASP3 protein levels relative to actin were expressed as mean±S.E.M. (a and c). FACS assays measured cell population that bind Annexin V from triplicate experiments (n=2/repeat) and were expressed as mean±S.E.M. (b and d).
