Levels of Gja1 or other known OAB-related genes were analyzed in the CYP-induced cystitis group (CYP; n = 3) and the sham-treated control group (CTRL; n = 3) by qPCR. The CYP group demonstrated a significant increase in Gja1 mRNA expression, but no change or decrease in the expression of other genes, when compared to the control group. Unpaired t tests were performed and P<0.05 was regarded as statistically significant; *P<0.05.
