Detection reactions were separated in two tubes, i.e. DENV-1 and DENV-4 (A) and DENV-2 and DENV-3 (B). Assessment of results were based on the value of controls, which include the Molecular control (MC), RNA internal control (RNA IC) for extraction, and no-template control (NTC).
