The protein expression of α-MHC, cTnT and α-actin was analyzed using western blot that showed that alcohol could significantly increase α-MHC and cTnT expression at the level of protein in the mice heart exposed to alcohol during pregnancy. Meanwhile, anacardic acid could reverse over-expression induced by alcohol of α-MHC and cTnT protein.
