Treatment of MDA-MB-468cells with γ-AApeptides decreases the levels of survivin and cyclin D1 but not P-STAT3. MDA-MB-468 cells were treated overnight with 100 μM compounds and processed for western immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies as described in Methods.
