A: CT-scan image of Case 1 showed air-space consolidation with peripheral nodular opacities in the left lung with bilateral pleural effusion. B: 47 days after discharge, radiological re-examination exhibited bilateral military nodules in both side of the lung, with prominent spread of the previous consolidation lesion.
