A. 10-week old Sc65Mut male mice (n=6) showed significantly reduced BV/TV (as shown by micro-CT rendering of proximal tibia in C), femoral trabecular thickness and femoral cortical geometry with reduced cortical cross sectional area and thickness and increased endosteal perimeter and total cross sectional area (B).
