ECyd decreases the expression of vRNAs, a functionally important component of Vaults. A) The expression of MVP protein in KB/CDDP(T) cells treated with 7.0 μmol/L (IC₅₀ value) of CDDP with or without 0.02 μmol/L ECyd (IC₅₀ value) for 24 hours was analyzed using an immunoblot analysis.
