Effects of PA and diazepam on locomotor activity test in mice. Ambulation activity was measured for 1 h, 30 min after oral administration of diazepam and 1 h after the administration of PA. Each column represents the mean with S.E.M (n=10). The significance of the effects of the compounds was assessed using analysis of variance (ANOVA).
