(A) IL-10 and (B) FoxP3 expression were determined by quantitative PCR analysis in CD4+ cells from the small intestine and spleens of the treatment groups. IL-10 (***p< 0.001) and FoxP3 (***p< 0.001) is increased in the small intestine in anti-CD3 treated mice as compared to anti-CD3 treated, hIg treated, anti-CD3 + natalizumab treated and hIg + natlizumab treated CD4+ splenocytes.
