In vitro antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity assay of human neuroblastoma LAN-1 target cells. Antibodies were applied to LAN-1 cells in the presence of NK-92MI cells stably transfected with the human CD16 Fc receptor, at an effector:target ratio of 20:1. Samples were prepared in triplicate, and cytotoxicity was measured by 51chromium release. Values are shown as mean ± standard error.
